WOW guys, what can I say about Sam & Cyle’s wedding other than it was AMAZING?! For starters, Sam told me a few weeks before that she took MAJOR inspo from my fave girl Kacey Musgraves’ wedding, so right off the bat I was STOKED. They kind of look alike too?! Love that. Their wedding was at the Avalon Legacy Ranch in McKinney, Texas, which is different than my usual Southern California weddings but I’m always down to travel for love!
The venue was perfect. Private ceremony spot nestled between the trees with lots of seating and a super killer a frame backdrop. I LOVE all the greenery at this venue! So gorgeous. We don’t have a lot of green in Southern California year round, so it was really nice to see!
There are two getting ready areas for both parties to get ready before the ceremony, so that was also super great! Sam & Cyle wrote each other letters that they individually read before the ceremony and wow y’all, I loved that. If you’re not saying personal vows during the ceremony, this is a GREAT alternative to pour your heart out without an audience watching! Perfect for people with stage fright (me lol I know SURPRISING) or who just want to do something a little more private.
The ceremony was beautiful and gorgeous and just goooood vibes. Sam looked like an actual angel and Cyle looked SO GREAT in his green velvet suit jacket. BIG big fan of that jacket!! Avalon Legacy Ranch has so many great spots for portraits, too! We took a golf cart around the property and ended at a little lake on site! The property managers were so so helpful with getting us the golf cart and telling us all the cool spots to go!
Anyway, I’m rambling. These two are so great and fun and love each other SO so much. I miss them and their Texas wedding already! Cheers y’all, I hope you enjoy these as much as I do!
