Morgan planned such a romantic proposal for Kiley at the Getty Center art museum in Los Angeles! I’ve been friends on instagram with these two for a while and have just been WAITING for one of them to propose. When Morgan reached out and told me her proposal plans, I was so stoked! Kiley loves van Gogh’s painting “Irises”, so when she found out it’s on display at the Getty Center art museum, she planned on proposing in front of it. So cute. That’s romance, baby! She shared her location with me so I could see when they arrived, and I got into position waiting for them to get there.

Funny story, as I was waiting I guess I looked sketchy, because a security guard came up to me and told me they got a report I was “taking sketchy angles” and looking suspicious HAHA. I told her I was waiting for a proposal and have been for a little bit. We laughed and got that cleared up literally right as Morgan & Kiley were rounding the corner into the room the painting was in. I resumed my position and got the shot! After Kiley said “yes!!!!” we ran around the museum a bit and took more photos. I had a blast photographing these two 🙂 Hope you enjoy these as much as I do!

On a sunny afternoon at the Getty Center, amidst a crowd of art enthusiasts, an extraordinary moment unfolded. Kiley & Morgan, a couple deeply in love, had planned a surprise proposal at the very heart of the museum. Morgan, who knew of Kiley’s adoration for Van Gogh’s lilies, had meticulously arranged for the proposal to take place in front of the breathtaking artwork. As they approached the painting, Morgan got down on one knee, holding a ring. Overwhelmed with emotion, Kiley tearfully said, “Yes!” Their love-filled moment attracted applause and heartfelt congratulations from onlookers, illustrating the power of love to bring people together.

Art has a profound ability to transcend societal barriers and ignite meaningful conversations.
