WOWWWWIIIEEE y’all – Colleen & Steven’s Peaky Blinders inspired wedding at Hartley Botanica was SO cool. Hartley Botanica is one of my new favorite outdoor wedding venues in Southern California! You might remember these two and their cool, unique style from their super fun engagement session! From taking their engagement photos, I already knew they would be bringing their BEST looks on the wedding day.
Colleen & Steven’s trendy, vintage style complemented the romantic, whimsical setting at Hartley Botanica so well. Hartley Botanica is a beautiful outdoor wedding venue in Southern California. This outdoor wedding venue TONS of greenery and lots of space for the ceremony and reception. There are also getting ready spaces for each partner!
The day started out pretty drizzly, but luckily cleared up for the ceremony! Luckily, the reception area was covered by a tent, so even if it did rain, we’d be covered – literally.
Steven is a huge fan of Peaky Blinders, so he asked his groomsmen to all wear long, black coats and classic newsboy caps. He also gifted all of them the boots they’re wearing! The classic, vintage style of Steven and the groomsmen’s outfits complemented the bridesmaids black dresses and Colleen’s lacey wedding gown perfectly. She wore a long cathedral veil to tie the look together and she looked SO GOOD! They both did! Such cool vibes from these two! I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I do 🙂
Hartley Botanica is a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue in Southern California. As well as being an outdoor wedding venue in Southern California, Hartley Botanica is also a nursery. The ceremony space is beautiful! It’s large and surrounded by tall shrubbery, so it feels very private. The aisle is covered by a tall, open-walled archway covered in vines, which makes the space feel super elegant. Such a cool vibe.
I love finding great venues that cater to the couple and provide a great experience for everyone involved! Hartley Botanica did just that. As a Southern California wedding photographer, it’s super important that the day goes smoothly for everyone involved!
This outdoor wedding venue in Southern California is not only beautiful, but everyone who works there is so nice. They provided all the vendors with everything we needed to make the day great for Colleen & Steven!
